I'm passionate about working with international students — and their families — who wish to pursue an education in the continental United States.

 

For more than 30 years, I've worked at one of the most prestigious preparatory boarding schools in the United States. Serving as French teacher, department head, dormitory head, admissions officer, and international student advisor at Groton School has provided an invaluable experience as an education consultant.

EDUCATION CONSULTING

Let's work together and find which school fits you best. Application processes can be complicated, but I'll guide you along as we navigate the process together. I coach families through the experience of adapting to a new school, geography, and culture.

ADMINISTRATIVE ADVISING

My work as a department head, admissions officer, and international student advisor at Groton School has provided me an understanding of the administrative process from every angle. Bring me your administrative challenges, and I'll help you develop a solution.

CONFERENCE SPEAKING

I speak to groups of any size on a variety of topics. Previous workshops I have conducted focused on these themes: race, a discussion of class and caste; incorporating rich cultural content into the classroom; and how to support students through transitions in education.

I was born in Egypt and spent my formative years in France before coming to the United States, so I know firsthand how challenging it can be to transition to the US from a foreign country. Together, we will find the school that fits you best, and I'll be there along the way to make the journey comfortable and successful.
